SuperMarty helps users compare grocery products, understand nutrition information, manage favourites and baskets, create recipes or meal plans, and maintain health-related preferences.

Door SuperMarty te bezoeken of te gebruiken, ga je akkoord met deze Servicevoorwaarden. Als je niet akkoord gaat, mag je de dienst niet gebruiken.

We kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd aanpassen. Bij belangrijke wijzigingen nemen we redelijke stappen om gebruikers te informeren. Voortgezet gebruik nadat wijzigingen ingaan betekent dat je de bijgewerkte voorwaarden accepteert.

SuperMarty helpt gebruikers boodschappenproducten te vergelijken, voedingsinformatie te begrijpen, favorieten en mandjes te beheren, recepten of maaltijdplannen te maken en gezondheidsvoorkeuren bij te houden.

• voedingsinformatie, voorkeuren en gezondheidsprofielhulpmiddelen;
• functies voor recepten, maaltijdplanning en boodschappenlijsten;
• persoonlijke suggesties op basis van informatie die je zelf verstrekt;
• bèta-, support- en accountbeheerfuncties.

Voor sommige functies is een account nodig. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertrouwelijk houden van je inloggegevens en voor activiteiten onder je account.

Je gaat ermee akkoord juiste en actuele informatie te verstrekken, deze zo nodig bij te werken en ons te informeren als je ongeautoriseerde toegang vermoedt.

Je gaat ermee akkoord SuperMarty niet te misbruiken of andere gebruikers, winkels, systemen of gegevens te verstoren.

• overtreed geen toepasselijke wetten, regels of rechten van derden;
• probeer geen ongeautoriseerde toegang, scraping, reverse engineering of beveiligingstests zonder toestemming;
• upload geen schadelijke code, spam, misleidende content of onrechtmatig materiaal;
• gebruik SuperMarty niet om persoonsgegevens te verzamelen zonder wettelijke grondslag;
• gebruik de dienst niet commercieel tenzij we dit schriftelijk hebben afgesproken.

SuperMarty kan voedingsgegevens, productvergelijkingen, scores, aanbevelingen, recepten, maaltijdplannen of gezondheidsinzichten tonen. Deze informatie is alleen algemeen informatief en geen medisch advies.

Raadpleeg altijd een gekwalificeerde zorgverlener voordat je medische, dieet-, allergie- of gezondheidsbeslissingen neemt. Productinformatie kan wijzigen; controleer etiketten en winkelinformatie voordat je producten koopt of consumeert.

SuperMarty, inclusief software, ontwerp, merk, content en functies, is eigendom van of in licentie bij SuperMarty en wordt beschermd door intellectuele-eigendomsrechten.

Je mag SuperMarty gebruiken voor persoonlijke, rechtmatige doeleinden. Je mag de dienst niet kopiëren, reproduceren, verspreiden, wijzigen of daarvan afgeleide werken maken, behalve waar de wet dit toestaat of met onze schriftelijke toestemming.

SuperMarty kan product-, prijs-, beschikbaarheids-, winkel- of derdeninformatie bevatten. We proberen informatie nuttig en juist te houden, maar derdeninformatie kan onvolledig, vertraagd of onjuist zijn.

Aankopen of interacties met derden vallen onder hun voorwaarden en beleid. SuperMarty is niet verantwoordelijk voor websites, winkels, producten of diensten van derden.

We kunnen elk onderdeel van SuperMarty op elk moment wijzigen, opschorten of beëindigen. We streven naar beschikbaarheid, maar garanderen geen ononderbroken of foutloze werking.

SuperMarty wordt geleverd “zoals het is” en “zoals beschikbaar”. Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan sluiten we garanties uit die niet uitdrukkelijk in deze voorwaarden staan.

Niets in deze voorwaarden sluit aansprakelijkheid uit waar de wet dit niet toestaat. Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is SuperMarty niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele, bijzondere, gevolg- of punitieve schade, of voor verlies van gegevens, winst, goodwill of zakelijke kansen.

Op deze voorwaarden is Netherlands / EU (GDPR) van toepassing, onverminderd dwingende consumentenbeschermingsrechten die in jouw woonland kunnen gelden.
